  • The "Surgical Application" Clause: Users may not use the proprietary data provided here to create derivative commercial products (e.g., competing fantasy tools or paid newsletters).

2. Usage of Free Content (The Attribution Rule)

You are encouraged to share insights from our free-tier articles and public posts, provided the following conditions are met:

3. Subscription & Paid Content (The "Zero-Leak" Policy)

Access to paid tiers is a single-user license. By subscribing, you agree to the following strict prohibitions regarding premium content:

  • No Visual Duplication: You are strictly prohibited from sharing screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs of any paid charts, articles, videos, or data.
  • No Distribution: Paid content may not be shared via Discord, Telegram, social media, email, or physical print-outs to any third party.
  • Account Integrity: Sharing login credentials to allow non-subscribers access to the "War Room" will result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund.

4. Subscription Fees & Refunds

  • Payment: All fees are processed securely. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan.
  • No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate value and proprietary nature of the data provided, all sales are final. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability (The "Fantasy Sports" Disclaimer)

While my process is built on high-level analysis and undeniable results, fantasy sports involve inherent risk.

  • No Guarantees: Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. The Architect’s War Room is not responsible for financial losses incurred in fantasy leagues, sports betting, or any other ventures.
